The easy access method is widely documented so you should have no trouble scanning the traffic for a while and getting in if you are so inclined. That would be illegal so I don't recommend the process. If your data is in their system, you'd better hope that Bad People don't bust in. Any service complaint I made was taken personally and I soon found (same as Jimmie) its a family operation where your name is spread around the 4 operators who front the public and you are treated as a troublemaker, denied proper attention. There is nobody higher to complain to, it all stops with the "immature turd" who thinks he knows it all and thinks the customers are idiots. Now I am a FORMER customer, I wish I had taken that decision a year earlier. I just gave it up as hopeless dealing with them.
